Day of Event Schedule
Subject to minor changes, not yet finalized for 2025

For Cornhole Players:
​1:45 pm - Check-in Begins
ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION TENT
  • Tent  is located in the center of the block - {look for the TVs}
  • Event T-shirt Pick Up (guaranteed for players registered before 5/27)
  • Download SCOREHOLIO app to keep track of your score and board assignments 
  • Warm Up Play is Permitted as boards are available

2:45 pm - Tournament Begins
Make sure you have checked in at the registration tent before 2:45pm so you know where your games will begin.

2:45 pm - 8:00pm (approximately) - Tournament Play!
Between rounds be sure to enjoy the food trucks and beverages.

2 pm to 8 pm - Adults
  • Watch the Cornhole Tournament Play
  • Visit the 717 Tacos Food Truck
  • Enjoy the great music and fun atmosphere!

2 pm to 6 pm - Kids under 12 years of age
  • WRISTBAND purchase required $15 - includes unlimited access to 3 inflatables and 1 face paint
  • Inflatables

  • for Kids under 12 (ends at 6pm)
CASH Preferred for Inflatables Wristbands
Water will also be available for purchase - $1/each
Venmo, PayPal & Credit Card also accepted

Event Safety

Our volunteers reserve the right to ask for proper identification before serving alcohol, and to end service as required

Be aware of tournament play - look carefully in all directions before walking across the street

Bicycles must be walked throughout the entire Block Party and Tournament area

Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash
