The Lion Foundation’s mission is to provide, direct and subsidize funding for the realization of academic, cultural and athletic programs for the enjoyment, enrichment and enhancement of Camp Hill School District students and the residents of the Borough of Camp Hill.
We believe that healthy schools with healthy athletic and artistic programs create a strong community in which we wish to live and raise our families. We also believe that each of us plays a part in creating and maintaining our community through volunteerism and generosity.
The Lion Foundation is committed to being a positive influence by raising funds and distributing them to groups approved through our grant-approval process. The Lion Foundation board of directors has 24 volunteer members, each with skills needed in a specific role needed to run an effective and successful organization. All board members are residents of Camp Hill Boro and are your friends and neighbors.
Board members are elected for a 3-year term with an optional second 3-year term. All board members have a 2-term limit.
