After we receive your donation, we will share your personal message in a thank you post-card, hand delivered to the teacher(s), staff, coaches or program leaders of your choice!

Thank You Note Campaign is Complete! We celebrated nearly 50 teachers - thank you!
Follow these simple steps:
1. Choose a donation amount minimum $5.00 per Thank You Note
2. Complete the form, including a special note - you may honor up to three people in a single transaction, but please contribute at least $5 per person
3. Be sure to include Thank You Note recipient's name and building
4. Submit Your Donation!
5. We will do the rest - including creating a special post card for each of the people* you are thanking and delivering it to their school.

- *Persons receiving thank you notes must be current Camp Hill School District Employees
- All donations received through this Thank You Campaign will go to The Lion Foundation's Unrestricted Fund - which means they will be used to fund a wide variety of grants and projects across all grade levels.
- Individual CHSD Employees will not personally receive any donated funds.
